$AAPL ( ▲ 1.32% ) , $DELL ( ▲ 5.27% ) , $HPE ( ▲ 3.71% ) will do well. Massive investor inflow. These tickers will benefit huge on the consumer incentives for the products. They manufacture the end product, and past that cost on to the consumer. In the long-term, these big names will sit nicely in any portfolio.
The real play though, is $IBM ( ▲ 3.94% ) . Trading at a 5 year support level, this marks a good entry into a legacy tech company that is by no means being left behind its competition. Simply put, IBM isn’t consistantley on lips, and retail overlooks this one. Grab it while its trading it its support range before it follows suite with other stocks like $INTC ( ▲ 1.39% ) .
